Our Service Options
Design to maximise your Investment Property & Turnkey Provision
First impressions are so important right? We want to create an home that you will love and your guests will photograph and share endlessly, giving your investment property passive and free marketing.
In addition to furniture consultation we provide full bedding and housewares packages for your rental property. From luxury to budget friendly we will source the items, take care of logistics and install at the property so that it is dressed ready to go for your guests to enjoy.
A Designer By Your Side (20 hours min)
If your project is already underway but you need some help along the way you can book a block of time with me for a minimum of 20 hours to be used up within two months. I can provide you with resources contacts, solve space planning problems or look at your furniture selections in more detail.

Full Scope Design Service (30 hours minimum)
During the design consultation we will have discussed your project in detail to understand size and scope and determined which type of service you require. You are looking to employ Island Nest Ltd to design and deliver your project all the way from concept to installation. There are many levels of service options in full scope design. There are two distinct directions within this service:
A) It could be that you require a FF&E service for your investment property. This is intended to be a quick turnaround solution with one design review to approve the furniture proposals before procurement. The initial design consultation fee is credited back to the design fee.
B) You require us to design your project entirely taking care of every detail. This could be remolding or new build construction co-ordination. Working with the contractors and architects to realize your new home. The initial design consultation fee is credited back to the design fee.
We will review the level of service required, make a recommendation and create a fee proposal to deliver the project. An example of deliverables is listed but not limited to the points below.
